If you live in West Virginia and need to return or exchange a rental or purchased instrument, you're in luck! We will be visiting Charleston at the end of the month. Please call 614-267-7221 or email violins.theloftviolinshop@gmail.com so we can process your paperwork before the visit.
Contactless Drop-off by Jan.27th @ 10AM:
Please drop off your clearly labeled rental return or exchange to the West Virginia Symphony Office (address below) by Thursday, Jan 27th at 10AM. Our school representative will be there in the afternoon to collect and drop off the instruments. If you are exchanging, you will be contacted after the 27th to set up a time to pick up your new instrument. Any new sizes must be communicated to us by Jan.25th.
