Per Ohio and CDC guidelines, as of May 20, 2021, we are no longer requiring appointments, except in certain cases. Such cases include:
Trying out step-up quality instruments
Meeting with the owner or a specific team member
Appraisals
Selling or reselling instruments
Harp work
(New rentals/ fittings are NOT required to make an appointment. If you are able, please fill out the online rental application before you come in. Rental size exchanges and repairs also do NOT require appointments.)
In doing so, we will be able to reserve a room for you to try instruments out, ensure the person you want to see is available, and make certain we have the proper materials and tools on hand.
For anyone who feels more comfortable doing so, we will still offer curbside service. Please just give us a call at 614-267-7221 when you arrive and park in the Eagle Family Candy lot.
