At-school rental returns are available in select school districts. Check with your student's teacher to see if this an option in your district or call us directly at 614-267-7221.
Please note that The Loft must be notified by either the teacher or the family that the instrument is at school to be returned. We only visit schools as requested, so we will need to know where to go and whose instrument to look for. Teachers will know our visit schedule, but you are always welcome to call us and check when our next visit will be.
When returning an instrument to the school, please make sure you have followed the teacher's direction as to where to leave it for The Loft representative to pick up. Please do so by first thing on the day of the visit. Please also ensure the name tag on the case is filled out so we can identify each instrument and all personal items are removed from the case. The only items we need returned to us are the instrument, bow, and case. Music stands, music books, sheet music, tuners, shoulder rests, etc. are all purchases and yours to keep or donate.
