If you live in West Virginia and need to return or exchange a rental or purchased instrument, you're in luck! We will be visiting Charleston on Jan.28th, 2021. Please call 614-267-7221 or email violins.theloftviolinshop@gmail.com so we can process your paperwork before the visit. Please drop off your rental return or exchange to the West Virginia Symphony Office between Jan.18-22. Our school representative will be there on Jan.28th to collect them and drop off the new exchanges. You will be contacted after the 28th to set up a time to pick up your instrument.
